Conceived, designed, and executed by Stage Core, the celebration reimagined festive luxury through storytelling, craftsmanship, and high-precision production, delivered within an exceptionally limited timeframe.
Despite tight schedules and complex logistical demands, Stage Core accepted the challenge to deliver a world-class festive transformation—one that honored the Astor legacy while elevating the guest experience to international luxury standards.

The Astor Celebration was executed under significant time constraints, requiring rapid concept finalization, parallel production workflows, and flawless on-site coordination. From design development and fabrication to logistics, installation, and final detailing, every phase demanded efficiency without compromise.
